Its been recently reported that Dev Patel was offered Farah Khan’s ‘Happy New Year‘ a movie with an big star cast that may also include Shahrukh Khan.
However, Its seems Dev Patel isnt intrested in mainstream bollywood as Dev turned down Farah’s offer, citing the reason that he is interested in doing offbeat movies and doesn’t want to be a part of Bollywood mainstream. It seems like his girlfriend Freida Pinto, Dev Patel, is keen to do more Hollywood stuff. But a list of forgetful films can wreck one’s career.
Dev’s last film The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, which released in 2011, was a dud at Indian box office in spite of great reviews.
